i felt the amazing energy as soon as i walked in ! the lady at the front , judy, asked me very warmly what i would like to do. she then asked me to sit and have my hair washed by yakaira. she did so well, my head felt well scrubbed and clean. after, carmela trimmed and blow dried my hair. i wasnt sure exactly ehat style i wanted, and she said some framing pieces would look so good, i took her advice and love it so much !! will definitely be back :) gracias mujeres !

Don’t even bother wasting your time going here, tried to inquire on the phone before driving over there to see how much it was to just curl/style hair. The person on the phone was rude/evasive and wouldn’t give me a starting price. If you are a reputable business, you are required by law to provide clear prices online as well as in shop, and when a customer calls by phone you’re supposed to give an estimated price. This is a NYC and NYS law and statute.

This salon has high quality hair treatments that made my hair feel superior. I must admit. The salon is clean and professional but will cost you lots of money. The owner could smile more and bring some cheer to her shop. She’s too serious.

I went to this salon 3 weeks ago all the way from CONEY ISLAND with my daughter to ask about a style for my daughters prom which is on june 5th the stylist told US she can do the style , for US to come back on her prom day june 5th 9am which is today , when we get there all the way from CONEY ISLAND she tells us she can't do it on my daughters TYPE of hair , which she saw her TYPE of hair 3 weeks ago , her hair TYPE didnt change in 3 weeks it's impossible so WE wasted time on a special day & $99 on ubers cause i dont drive &... read more
