Shampoo was amazing... my hair cut on the other hand was not. I asked for layers and they played me. I showed her plenty of pictures, i was vocal about what i wanted and afterwards, i couldnt say anything because my hair was cut down so short I DIDNT WANT TO GO SHORTER! I am very upset.
