I love coming to Katty Hair Studio! The service is always so attentive, and they really take the time to communicate about your style preferences. I’ve been several times and always leave happy…this time I’m especially in love with my new color and curls! I’ll definitely keep coming back.
Hands down the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I called ahead for a price on a shampoo, trim, and blowout. Katy quoted me around $65 but kept saying she’d “have to see my hair” to give the real price. When I arrived, she showed up 15 minutes after my shampoo, and from the start, ignored everything I told her. I stressed multiple times that I only wanted a slight trim—not too short—because my hair is fine and thin. I even physically showed her the length I wanted cut. It didn't go well for me at all. I asked for a color, they gave me another one, very, very different, almost black. Where do I use dark blonde? The lady with blonde hair is very thick and the owner sent her a message that she fixed the color for me, she didn't care to respond.

My absolute favorite spot to go to! Everyone here is nice and professional. I love my hair every single time I come. I have brought bundles here that has lasted me years!!! They are hair heaven ❤️
