I have been coming to this salon for probably about 10+ years. I have always received stellar service, while also having my hair handled with the best care. I saw a negative review about this salon, and I wanna vouch & say that I have always been treated with the most respect from this establishment. They show the most respect to everyone and anyone, no matter what! Very reasonably priced as well.

I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for over 5 years, and I strongly disagree with the recent review claiming this is a racist salon. As an African American woman, I have always felt welcomed, respected, and valued here. The team is professional, inclusive, and consistently delivers great service, which is exactly why I keep coming back!

Racist experience, when I arrived the woman at the front desk was very rude and dismissive and ignored my requests and inquiries about a particular services. Then Another employee abruptly walked infront of me and started a conversation with the front desk worker in Spanish and they both continued to disregard me . I was so uncomfortable that I didn’t even stay.

Well the first time was great, I didn’t have to wait to long , but the second time I had a appointment for 4 clock, I had waited into 4:35 , because the owner was busy, than when my time was up for me ,, for her to washed and blow dry my hair,,I had to wait again because she was doing some one else hair, I wasn’t too happy because I made a appointment for 4 clock and I had to be at work at 7 , but anyway Alex is great , she does a great job, I just was upset because people who didn’t have a appointment didn’t have to wait, a... read more
