They say they don’t take appointments, but the moment you walk in, they start pulling in their own people and claim those customers had “appointments.” Meanwhile everyone else is left sitting and waiting for no reason. They clearly play favorites and do not respect customers’ time at all. If you want a fair, honest, and professional salon, look elsewhere. This place is completely unreliable.
