This place is a joke. They say they don’t take appointments, but the moment you walk in, they start pulling in their own people and claim those customers had “appointments.” Meanwhile everyone else is left sitting and waiting for no reason. They clearly play favorites and do not respect customers’ time at all. If you want a fair, honest, and professional salon, look elsewhere. This place is completely unreliable.
Did a horrible job and didn’t even line my hairline up. I was on a call with a fellow friend that speaks Spanish and I was informed that they were talking about me while cutting my hair nothing but horrible things.
I've been taking my son to get a haircut for 3 days. They refuse to cut him, they don't even cut well, they leave many scissor marks and they think they're the only ones who cut. I hope I never go back to this place. Besides, it's always dirty.
