My husband got a haircut last Saturday and said they were good, but he was so wrong; we won't be going back. I went today with my kids, 3 and 7 (I also had my baby with me). When I walked in, we weren't greeted at all. I asked if we needed to sign in, and they said no, just wait. We waited over an hour, during which I noticed friends/regulars getting called with little to no wait time after arrival. I feel so disrespected. I had a very disappointing experience at this Barber Shop. I waited for hours even though there were only two people ahead of me when I arrived. They favor people from their own community/nationality instead of following a fair first-come, first-served system. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. While I was waiting they, they kept taking 7-8 other customers who just walk in ..just because they know each other and was talking in there language.I wasted a lot of time and would not recommend this place.
Came with my fiancé when he needed a quick hair cut came in and left out fast. I didn’t catch his name but he was young and and did such a amazing job
