I got my hair messed up by a friend over the weekend and the owner helped me fix my hair with lowlights! I definitely will be coming back recommending this salon. Amazing service!
I recently had an appointment with the owner Scarly on may 20th. I made an appointment like always. I always get a dominican blowout. i have been coming here for over a year and the services have been declining since. i always get different prices when it’s time to pay even though I always get the same style. the recent incident I had on May 20th really solidified my choice to not return. I should’ve walked out as soon as the stylist said the reason she doesn’t recommend me going blonde or light was because my hair was dry…that’s not a legitimate reason! I informed her that I do have box dye on my hair & she was quick to say come back in 3+ months, not knowing that this box dye has already been in my hair for a little over 3 months now! Service was good but I was offered a deep conditioning told price $20 yes I was offered a trim literally cut and inch of my hair wasn’t told price was charged $30 I think that’s a bit ridiculous especially being offered a service while being in the chair that should have been informed to me as a new walk in client
