If I could give 0 stars I would. I am on a tight schedule. This lady called me to book the appointment. We agreed on 5 pm. She gave me confirmation. I show up to the salon and she is not there. I called multiple times and texted. She forwarded me to voice mail and left me on delivered. She needs to understand that people’s time is valuable.
