Found this place on the web. Both ladies working today were nice. I asked for wash, cut and blow. The woman who took care of me didn’t listened to details. I have well (past tense, had long hair). She cut more than I asked. I asked for layers over layers and for my hair to be flowi once done with the blow. But instead she cut way too much of my hair and by the time she was done my hair was shorter than I wanted and flat. Charged me $90 bucks! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a horrible experience here. The woman doing my hair was very unpleasant, repeatedly mentioning how my hair was “way too long, and too thick”, and how difficult it was to blowout my hair. I heard constant complaints during what is otherwise usually a fun, relaxing experience for me. Yes, I have long and thick hair, but NEVER has any hairstylist complained about it in such a rude way. This salons customer service is awful. They skip customers purposefully no matter how long you’ve been waiting. They are very aggressive with their clients and just all and all need to work on their customer service!!!

Yo y mis hijas nos secabamos aqui pero cada ves que uno iva era la que laba el pelo casi siempre es la misma solo le hablaba a uno de las propinas y que le daban 5 pesos y eso es poco. Y siempre todas las mujeres hablando mal de las clientes quien daba propina quien tenia el pelo sucion no me gusto para nada.
