Terrible customer service. We scheduled an appointment to get a worn area of a door re-dyed as well as do a small repair on the driver seat of my vehicle, but when my appointment came up she did not have the dye...did not even order it. So, I asked her to let me know when she could get it so we could reschedule the appointment. She replied, since you are cancelling the appointment we won't be able to reschedule. Great work making slipcover for my sofa. I could not be more pleased with how the slip cover turned out. They did an exceptional job. The slip cover fits like a glove, the sewing is excellent. I highly recommend them.
