Brian demonstrated exceptional customer service and provided outstanding support.
I have had insurance through State Farm for many years now, and although I no longer live close to this particular office, I still continue to use them! Their customer service is amazing, always so kind and welcoming on the phone and willing to go above and beyond for you. I recently got a new car and added it to the policy and they mailed me a handwritten note with a sincere congratulations. I cannot recommend them enough! Shelley, Donna, and Jordan have been very helpful.
Had a great experience talking to Dawson , he was very thorough and helped me out tremendously in my questions regarding my new auto quote. Also helped me get a quote for my renters insurance as well. Excellent customer service from Dawson hopefully whenever I call again in the future i speak to him again !
