Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did this urologist use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Left me waiting for over 8 hrs in surgury. Nursing staff tried several times to locate "missing" doctor while I waited in misery for this scheduled surgury. When he finally showed up he offered no apology,excuse, Nothing. I wouldn't send a goldfish to this self serving excuse for a person, let alone physician.

They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
