On August 22nd, at approximately 5:30 PM, I contacted Dominic Mechanical to request service for my refrigerator, which had completely stopped cooling. I was assured that a technician would arrive between 9:00 and 11:00 AM the following day. After taking time off from work to accommodate the appointment, I followed up to confirm their arrival.
