Usually, I am more than Happy to come to this practice, but today I am fed up! I arrived 5 minutes earlier than my appointment and left 35 minutes later without being seen. I was so mad I literally had tears in my eyes. No one said anything. No explanation, but, "I guess this took longer than expected". My time is just as valuable as the next person. Had someone came my first 10 minutes of waiting I think I could consider they valued my time. For me, today I give them a zero!

Very poor service. After I had scheduled an appointment, I was called less than 24 hrs to the scheduled time to reschedule. As if that was not inconvenience enough, I was told to go home at the rescheduled time with the excuse that they were overbooked for the day! I told them this was not the practice of health centres and I was told, “ we are different from others. “ Guess they were right! They are the worst health centre experience I have had in the US!

Dr. Mensah is the best. He takes so much pride in his work he is also a painless dentist. When in the office they make you feel very comfortable. Thanks Dr. Mensah for my beautiful smile.

Don't go to this dentist! I went in for a routine cleaning, was told I needed a crown. During the crown process my tooth was pulled completely out, me mensah then proceeded to put the dead (due to pulling out) tooth back in. Later the tooth became discolored and rotted out. When approached about the issue I was told it happens and to seek another dentist to fix the issue. I ended up losing my tooth and all he could say was it happens

came in for routine exams was told needed crown on front tooth due to root canal some ten plus years ago. during crown process mensah pulled the tooth completely out placed a post inside the hole then put the tooth back in and cemented the crown to surrounding gum and tooth causing the tooth to decay and the tooth later needing removed along with the crown. when I contacted the quack I was told that's all fine and dandy and it happens but it wasn't his fault because he put the crown on what he had to work with which was a fu... read more

Dr. Mensah is a great dentist! He is so personable and does a great job! His staff is very friendly, and his practice is willing to work with your budget!

Dr.Mensah and his staff are great. They are very people oriented and seem to really enjoy what they are doing. I have had root canals and an extraction done and the anxiety level was minimal due mainly to the relaxed environment and the professionalism of Dr. Mensah and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Mensah. He is a straight shooter and also a man of God. That is also a source of comfort.
