I have been coming to this Dentist since 2007 very satisfied and I had extensive work done
Usually, I am more than Happy to come to this practice, but today I am fed up! I arrived 5 minutes earlier than my appointment and left 35 minutes later without being seen. I was so mad I literally had tears in my eyes. No one said anything. No explanation, but, "I guess this took longer than expected". My time is just as valuable as the next person. Had someone came my first 10 minutes of waiting I think I could consider they valued my time. For me, today I give them a zero!
Very poor service. After I had scheduled an appointment, I was called less than 24 hrs to the scheduled time to reschedule. As if that was not inconvenience enough, I was told to go home at the rescheduled time with the excuse that they were overbooked for the day! I told them this was not the practice of health centres and I was told, “ we are different from others. “ Guess they were right! They are the worst health centre experience I have had in the US!
Dr. Mensah is the best. He takes so much pride in his work he is also a painless dentist. When in the office they make you feel very comfortable. Thanks Dr. Mensah for my beautiful smile.
Damaged my tooth during a crown procedure and once it was discovered told me it happens and did not correct his issue
