Far too expensive. 500$/HR. He quoted 650 to come and replace a toilet flange and a kitchen sink P trap, because he would have to chip and replace some cement. He ended up just cutting around the existing pipe and did not have to break the concrete. 45 min and 600$ bill. I asked him to look at my kitchen faucet which had very poor water pressure coming out. He unhooked the connections to the valves and said was certain it was the faucet cartridge. I replaced that with a new 200$ Moen faucet and still have the same issue. So ... read more
