This was my first time seeing Dr. Harris after my ER visit. I was not impressed at all and I will be looking for another Neurosurgeon. He rushed through my visit And I did not feel like he was concerned about my issues. However, I am. I felt dismissed and not cared about at all.

Had appointment on 1/7 to get get a consult to get my VNS replaced and I get call stating the Dr. has an unexpected surgery and won’t be back in office until April. My VNS is almost dead I informed the MA or whoever she was that I spoke to stated and I quote “I don’t know what to do with that!” Needless to say I’ll be seeing another neurosurgeon!
Dr Harris took extremely good care of my husband. He did surgery on his neck and was very up front and honest about the future. He showed care and compassion and we would recommend him to anyone needing neurosurgery.
Answering this about my loved one’s surgeon. He as a surgeon was great but his lack of post op care and answering questions about concerns was terrible. When an issue arised the medical staff says go to e.r(might not be serious and might not even have anything to do with the surgery)….his staff are another reason I would never recommend this office. He got my loved one through the procedure without them being paralyzed and for that I’m grateful but because of lack of post op care and terrible staff I will never recommend go ... read more
