Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did this urologist use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Left me waiting for over 8 hrs in surgury. Nursing staff tried several times to locate "missing" doctor while I waited in misery for this scheduled surgury. When he finally showed up he offered no apology,excuse, Nothing. I wouldn't send a goldfish to this self serving excuse for a person, let alone physician.
