Becoming a patient here was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I only ever spoke with a physician assistant. The staff was incredibly rude when calling them to discuss my testing, cutting me off in mid sentence. They failed to notify me they were sending tests out and clearly tell me to whom. The staff were patronizing during three calls and had little empathy for a patient. Not once did I feel helped at my time of need here. Please stay away.
In this COVID crisis, I was happy to get an appointment to establish with a PCF. Dr.Cusumano is fantastic as is the office staff. He listened, advised and made recommendations that were tests I needed. I love the cleanliness of the office and the wait was not long at all. He was the first doctor that didn’t rush me to get done and he asked me questions as well. Love it here.

Dr. Cusumano has the worst staff I have ever encountered. Very rude. Even with his high employee turnover, every one of his employees are extremely rude. He and his office do not deserve the one star I had to select.
