Terrible customer service. I booked my appointment a week ago and was told they would call to confirm my insurance—never got a call. The day of the appointment, I called to check, and the lady on the phone was beyond rude, telling me it was my responsibility to call them. When I tried to explain, she cut me off and just demanded my insurance info. While on the call, I was trying to pull up my insurance, and instead of giving me a second, she rudely snapped, ‘If you don’t provide your insurance, you’ll have to pay $250.’ No p... read more

Best oral surgeon experience we've had in Long Island in over 30 yrs. From knowledge, skill and efficiency, to personality and demeanor, Dr. Dominger is amazing! I am usually quite critical of my healthcare colleagues, but in this case I was very impressed! 🙌🏻
