I found the servicing decent but the reception staff are terrible, Scott in particular is hopeless, rude and really makes Dominelli Kirrawee look bad, he should be fired immediately and someone better put in his place

I had a great experience here with the service centre we have numerous vehicles of different brands and the service i received here was great! I have been let down in the past with other manufacturers and it was refreshing to get great service from an honest and upfront service manager! Blake was great from start to finish with good communication in between. Thanks guys!

Dropped my Haval off for 4 pm service told give them a couple of hours to check car. Receive a phone call at 5 pm service was finished. Excellent customer service..

The service department Supplied Ford Australia incorrect and false information which has directly led to the warranty being voided - there has been a persistent fault with the vehicle, engine, turbo have been replaced under warranty and it is still not repaired. as soon as I requested a refund/replacement the issue is now been blamed on the car been submerged in muddy water although it has been proven it has not. EDIT: As a result a full refund of the vehicle was negotiated with Ford Australia at the NCAT.
