Front of office service was excellent. The gentleman with whom I discussed a new remote knew his subject very well. I was also very appreciative of his colleague who called to my home yesterday to drop off the new remote (which worked first time) and idenified why the old remote button failed to close or open the garage door.
Very helpful friendly staff. Was able to get what was needed to get the job done.
