I have had the pleasure of running 2 mock Hyrox events at Dominate Today, and I could not recommend the gym more. The team of volunteers that help out to make sure the training is as smooth as an actual event is incredible. I highly recommend Dominate Today for anyone interested in training for a Hyrox competition, or if you are someone just wanting to get around an awesome group of people that want to see you better yourself physically.
The BEST in youth fitness!! Tom is amazing with the kids. We are 2 years in and have nothing but the best to say about the program.
My son attends the teen weightlifting program and Coach Tom is great in working with the kids and helping them learn more about strength training. My son suffered a sports injury and Tom modified his exercises so he could continue in the program. He really cares about the kids and takes an active part in supporting them in their school and club sports while making their sessions with him super fun! I highly recommend Dominate Today!
Great gym with daily posted workouts you can do at your own pace. Everything is adaptable to your fitness level. Tom is super supportive and knowledgeable. Excellent equipment, great people and I always leave the gym feeling challenged and accomplished!!
My teenage sons have both participated in the youth training. They enjoy working with Tom. He runs a great program.
