Brian Still is the ultimate trainer to help you meet your personal fitness goals. When I started my weight loss journey, I didn’t know what to expect. Daily I experienced growth in my levels of determination, motivation and outcomes. I was on six medications to manage my blood pressure. Currently I am no longer on bp medications. This journey has been filled with lifestyle changes. He encouraged me to keep showing up. I do and the when I’m consistent, so are my RESULTS.
I have been training with Brian for a little over a year now and I can honestly say I would not have reached my fitness goals without him. I have been on a weight gain journey for about 3 years, but it wasn’t until I started training with him that I truly started to see progress. He’s very dedicated to helping each and every one of his clients no matter what their goals may be. As long as you stay consistent and motivated, the results will most definitely come.
This place is amazing! Brian knows what he is doing and if you follow his workout and stay consistent you will get the results you want! I would recommend him to anyone! But come ready to work hard!
