I worked for this company. Its not a company I would send any of my family members to. There are too many issues in this company for it to ever turn around!
Very very unprofessional and rude to both members of the public and also their own staff! I would not reccomend this company to anyone at all. Please stay away for your own sake.

This care company doesn’t take notice of the person they care for don’t listen or take any notice of family requests as done all through email my poor mum has suffered losing over half of her body weight some carers don’t even understand what dementia is please make anyone uses there services take photos of everything and get copies of everything I didn’t want to give it any stars but have to to go through
We've had over a year of trouble and poor service, given feedback and space for things to improve and it hasn't. If anything it's getting worse.
