We bought yesterday from the Sydney Markets a big box of cherries and they were all rotten. We literally had to throw it all. Felt scammed. Not sure if it’s you directly or someone buying from you but it was your product in the end. Nobody should be selling cherries with mold.
Best cherries I have ever eaten. Had two containers.

Logistics is very very terrible , the service for making an appointment ALWAYS puts you on hold for 15 to 30 minutes it doesn't matter if you call in the morning , at noon or in the afternoon this is ridiculous...
Great smell, good taste, except they're rubbery texture is a huge turn off. Maybe it was just those from that box. Bought at Safeway.
