My furnace Which is only 21 months old failed on me the day before I was leaving for 5 months in Mexico. I tried repeatedly that day to get ahold of Dometic and I also tried to get ahold of the place I purchased the furnace with no avail. My RV Tech who is trained and certified in Dometic repair found some broken wires so he re-soldered them to get some heat going for me unfortunately there was more issues with that circuit board and it failed again. .

Their customer service was awful! The rep wouldn't stop talking long enough to understand my issue and caught an attitude when I tried to elaborate. We have had our RV for a year and our air conditioner has gone out twice.
