Its nice to deal with people that understand great customer service. 10/10 Arrived at the warehouse and the staff help disconnect the van and had my vans AC fixed withing a couple of hours. Lady in the office was very helpful, and I have full confidence my AC will be good from now on.
Scott amd the team at Dometic were terrific. Very helpful in diagnosing our awning issue then providing a quality installation on our replacement. The team at Dometic Service in Varsity Lakes could not have been more helpful.
I booked my van in for a major fault in the air conditioner of my 10y old van. Upon discussing the issues with the Service Department at Ready Creek I decided to have a new Freshjet Series 7 Plus fitted. Within 4 Hrs I was advised that the caravan was ready to pick up. This new air condition is amazing. It is super quiet, does not shake the van when starting up which is a big plus from the old one. The staff at Ready Creek were so helpful. Repaired my air conditioner under warranty staff were very helpful and carried out the repair same day so didn’t have to leave the van and return different day
We recently has issues with our fridge and contacted Dometic service department, spoke to Dalene who was very helpful and booked us in for the fridge to be looked at a on the day we arrived we were met by Scott who explained what test would be carried out, once all completed he called us to say all fixed. We could not be happier with the service we received by Dometic and the team, well done and thank you again.
