I had Dometic windows fitted by Live unbound Coomera. Honestly the shittiest quality I could possibly imagine. Not even a month in our trip and the fly screen doesn’t roll properly, the plastic pieces that go in the rail are super weak and they’re pretty poor quality. I messaged the fitting company and they say I should have to pay for someone to deem if it’s user or product fault but clearly a month in shouldn’t be a user problem, it’s crap material PERIOD. These guys are amazing at Clayton fixed all my problems. On the warranties you buy a good product you get a good warranty simple well done guys.
Another extremely dissatisfied customer of Dometic. Our near new Dometic Caravan window was leaking. I temporarily fixed it and sent them a small out of pocket expense for the repair. Fully expecting and apology and reimbursement. I was shocked when the reply came “Sorry we are not covering your expense”. Dometic you’ve just lost another customer. I’ll be pleased to share my story with others.
