Huge shout out to the team at DOMETIC for sourcing and supplying our replacement shelf for our fantastic DOMETIC fridge onboard DIGNITY. Chased up through Marine Trade Supplies who we purchased the fridge from last year and you had the replacement shelf to us in less than 2 days. I had Dometic windows fitted by Live unbound Coomera. Honestly the shittiest quality I could possibly imagine. Not even a month in our trip and the fly screen doesn’t roll properly, the plastic pieces that go in the rail are super weak and they’re pretty poor quality. I messaged the fitting company and they say I should have to pay for someone to deem if it’s user or product fault but clearly a month in shouldn’t be a user problem, it’s crap material PERIOD. We had an issue with our domestic fridge in our Jayco optimum 29/5, I can only praise the service we got at the varsity lakes service centre 10/10

I had such an amazing experience with Dometic Service Centre at Varsity Lakes this morning. Was on my way to drop take my van for a fitout and dropped by to seek assistance/parts for my RM2356. I am so grateful for the help from Ollie and the awesome Scott, they were amazing and I got great professional, quick & quality service. I will be dropping by to show off my fitout, with my fitted Dometic fridge. Feeling Grateful
