Hard to believe that someone could review worst customer service exprience ever. I have dealt with Dalene and Scott on several occasions now, and every time the experience has been 5 star, nothing is too much of a problem. There are lots of businesses that could learn what Customer Service looks like from them. Cant speak highly enough.

Chased up through Marine Trade Supplies who we purchased the fridge from last year and you had the replacement shelf to us in less than 2 days. I had Dometic windows fitted by Live unbound Coomera. Honestly the shittiest quality I could possibly imagine. Not even a month in our trip and the fly screen doesn’t roll properly, the plastic pieces that go in the rail are super weak and they’re pretty poor quality. I messaged the fitting company and they say I should have to pay for someone to deem if it’s user or product fault but clearly a month in shouldn’t be a user problem, it’s crap material PERIOD.
