Very disappointed on the service. We put the knife to the sharp service there, however, when we took it back, we found it lost the tip cover.
I purchased a set of 3 WOLL fry pans. These were purchased with a 3 year warranty on the non-stick surface. After around 12 months the surface was no longer "non-stick" and become pitted. I did not use excessive heat or metal utensils. Sometimes the pitted surface stuck to the food. My family no longer want to use the pans. On returning the products to the shop, the Woll sales rep mentioned this was normal wear and tear.
