I spoke with a lovely young girl on the phone who kindly put some items aside for me. However, when I arrived the next morning at 9:40 to pick them up, the store wasn't even open. When it finally opened, I tried to go in and was rudely told to wait outside while the staff finished “setting up.” The older blonde lady who served me was rude and unprofessional, acting as though assisting me was a huge inconvenience. Asked a server if they sell umbrellas. She rudely said "only these" indicating a rack of umbrellas. I selected on and went to the counter to pay. The same woman was bellowing to another staff member about a baking dish. The poor woman serving me looked so apologetic as we couldn't hear each other speak. The bellowing attendant was completely oblivious as to how to behave and continued shouting to the other server. I wonder how many customers are lost because of this completely unaware woman.
Nick served me when I was purchasing some homeware. What an exceptional gentleman, keep up the good work.
