I moved from PA to FL. They lost a few boxes (they take inventory at the packing/loading stage, but do not mark each box that arrives- so you end up missing some and don’t realize til they leave). Also- one side table, one chair, and a couple boxes and some lampshades were all smashed/broken. Most of my furniture has dings and dents or scratches. Communication was often hard and you felt like they just told you whatever you wanted to hear. I do not recommend!
This is not a moving company. It's a broker that assigns a moving company to you. They assigned "Safe Moving LLC" to me. They were literally a group of guys renting a truck. They damaged most of my furniture. Half my lamps were ruined with shattered glass. They also charged double the money from the quote that Domestic provided. I don't know why there are so many good reviews here. They could be fake or maybe some people got really lucky. I would stay very far from this company and also Safe Moving LLC. We had a terrible experience!! We paid for our belongings to be packed. Once they had packed most of the stuff, they told us it would be twice the original amount (we were originally told it would be $3700 and it ended up being $6650!). Of course at this point, there wasn’t much option except to pay the rest since we had already paid a deposit. They lost a bed frame and several boxes. They broke a mirror and a tore a painting. Scam. They will take your money and disappear. You have to deal with irresponsible 3rd party moving company that would not deliver your items for months. We received our items after 4 months and they do not care anything but money( paid additional $1800 over quoted price)
