All businesses need to be forewarned of this corrupt company... Here in Jersey and other parts of the U. S where Domestic is allowed to do business. A call to channel 7 News was made... " Seven on Your Side"...and they are very very interested in pursuing this story.. I wish nothing more than to see this company exposed for what they are...corruption from the top to the bottom...
First af all the manager is a liar his name is Sabian. He told me to let him know a month ahead for cancellation so when I call him to cancel it he told me I had to let him know 6 months ahead. A whole bunch of liars charging you for uniforms that they say is missing when you return every piece back. Please do not I repeat DO NOT!!!!! USE THIS COMPANY I DONT RECOMEND IT TO NO ONE!!!!
DO NOT GET CONNED BY THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY!!! When we tried to cancel two year contract, they told us we couldn't unless we informed them of the cancellation SIX months in advance or otherwise pay a penalty that was MORE than what staying in the contract would cost. We were forced to stay for ANOTHER two years. When we tried to cancel SIX months prior to the end term, they found a loophole , wherein the date of ACTUAL delivery was tkaen as the start of the contract and NOT the date of expiration. The worst company that I have ever dealt with I'm my 30 years in the restaurant business.
Domestic never provided the service we were promised by there sales man. They told us if the service was not good we could get out of are contract that could not be further from the truth there taking us to court for 16,000. Talk about taking advantage of small business. I can't believe this is legal. This was the worst thing I've done in my 10 years of being In Business. Good luck to domestic I hope you keep finding people to take advantage of. Great business practices!
Avoid this business at all costs. They fail to follow through on contractual obligations and take months to issue credits for services billed but not provided. The accounts receivable department doesn't seem to know how to correct an error in billing and all the sales people make promises to fix things and never do anything! The worst of the worst! The got one star only because the site would not allow me to leave none!
