Domeny Tool is a great company to work for in my 8 months experience. It is a small family-owned business ran by three different generations. I have always worked for big named corporations so applying to Domeny I was taking a risk of knowing it is a small business. I had my interview with the Vice President of the company which is the owners Son and the Human Resource. They told me what Domeny was and what it means to work here at Domeny, in my interview they said half the staff has been here 15 + years! I have never worked... read more

This is a company that promises you the world when all they want you to do is run their production parts. Promised to be trai ned as a a tool and die make 3 months in did nothing but single op production. Terrible company to work for avoid it at all costs. They follow no osha certified laws. You could loose your hands if your not paying attention. No guards on the presses and they done even enforce wearing safety glasses in a progressive die stamping company...seriously !!!!
