Dr Donne actually takes the time to review your intake form and make sure that you didn’t miss any detail. He paid attention to my sensitive gag reflex and told me how to proceed if I decided to continue the treatment with him, something that most dentists don’t really acknowledge till you’re about to vomit. He does explain ALL of your options for you to choose from, and does not decide for you. He takes the time to educate you as if you are a dental student! Great experience for sure.
This man has to be the nicest man I've ever encountered with a DR at the front of his name. I have some blood pressure issues dealing with people in white coats, and it's far beyond my control, as much as I try. They laid me back with a blanket, with some happy dental meds - and my blood pressure came back down to normal. Brilliant work done and I won't hesitate to send my friends and family to this exceptional Endodontist. Today as I'm writing this (Nov 14th 2024) it's been over 6 months of my root canal work and it's been nothing but a good experience. Specialist Dr. James Ngo was excellent from assessment until the root canal procedure was completed. The follow up call the day after was cherry on top. Thank I appreciate the customer service from all staff.
