My condo is outfitted with Dome'l Patio Doors and windows. I have trouble closing and locking the Patio door so I called Dome'l and asked if they repaired their doors or if they could recommend someone who did...called 3 times: 1st time spoke to Rob at Customer Service and he promised to call me back with the information - never heard back.
