Very smooth closing. Mr Domber is very thorough and answered all the questions about purchasing a home.
We closed on a deal 2/24/2025 and we still have not been paid. It is 3/12/2025 and we still have not been paid. They do not have a tracking number and refuse to realize that the check may have been lost or delayed in the USPS mail, and said they will not cancel that check and cut a new check until it has been 30 days.
