Incredibly disappointed with the domain homes customer care team who does not reply to emails and wont send someone out to come and inspect water leaking on exposed wiring in the roof. This is a poor level of customer service and is absolutely shocking and unprofessional. I want someone to come and fix this issue or i will be going to fair trading and i will be using independent trades to fix the issues caused by poor workmanship and will be send you the invoices for payment. Their post build customer service is appalling.They are not as good as they claim to be. We are still waiting an issue to be addressed and it’s been a year since reported.
