Highly disappointed with this apartment complex. The first week I moved in, 50 cars were broken into. Now with Covid going on they are making it next to Impossible to work with them. I call 2 to 3 times a day to speak with the manager Erin, I am told every time that she will be contacting me today but never does. I am not someone who writes review but I have exhausted every other way of trying to build a dialogue with Erin. RecommendedI’ve been living here since they opened and I love this property. So much that I’ve recently upgraded to a two bedroom and my transfer went seamless. The entire staff was amazingly helpful. They assisted in taking care of everything I needed to complete the transfer while I was out of the country. I ended up coming home a few weeks early and they rushed to get my apartment ready so that I could complete my move while I was home. I highly recommend this property it’s been amazing since it opened.
I have been a resident for 2 lease agreements and I must say that the services and maintenance request are prompt. If there's an issue with your apartment just fill out a service request form and its usually taken care of the same day... I really appreciate Joanna Escobar. for always helping me with any issues I have brought to the office. She's very considerate and very professional. She's very precise on account balances and if your owed any money she make sure your not over charged !!!!
By far the best community with most adequate amenities for a healthy proactive lifestyle. I talk about my home to friends and family proud to be a part of the Domain New Forest family.
I actually live here, and I really don't know why always there are nonresidents using the gym, either they pay to use it or they come with somebody else. I think that is not fair for the residents who pay the rent religiously every month.
Beautiful place to live! Excellence!!
