Poor subcontractors. Our house built in 2016 the tyle started coming up in 2022. Now we have plumbing leaks inside the wall. Had to cut open dry wall and found a lot of soil. Very cheaply built no attention to detail. I would not recommend domain homes.

We began our process with Domain Homes in October of 2023. We moved into our home in July of 2024.Overall the process was easy, and we had a great experience. Our sales consultant was Evanlee. She was great to work with. She always kept us informed of what was availableand what was "coming soon" and guided us to allows us to make the best decision for the home we wanted on the lot we wanted. First week in a brand new home built by Domain: The roof is leaking, there’s electrical issues, no running water in one of the baths… After spending over half a million dollars on brand new construction, I’d expect the house not to have electrical, plumbing, and roofing issues.

I had a Domain home built in 2018. I had been pleased with my new build, until recently. I've come to realize that Domain uses the cheapest possible materials to construct their homes. The good for them is that nothing goes wrong immediately or within the first few years. The bad is that the quality becomes evident a few years later. In 2020, I had my "upgraded" tile flooring starting to show cracks, at only 2 years old. They came and replaced the cracks in 2021. Guess what? Now in 2024, they are back and worse than ever. We’ve had two Domain Homes built, and the build quality is exceptional. Both of our homes have been through two recent hurricanes in Tampa and remain completely untouched—that’s how solidly they were constructed. Our first home became a rental, and our second is now our primary residence. A big part of what made the experience so great was Al Cobos, our project manager. He was hands-on, making sure everything was done perfectly. Even two years later, we still stay in touch with him via text. Al is simply the best!
