doma = lots of problems – In June I shipped a small parcel, which was worth not more than $40 and now their own customs agency in Poland claims (lies) that it's worth more, thus I have to pay customs charges, taxes, agency fees etc. I have spent the last month trying to resolve my problem and explain that it is only $40... and guess what? they do not answer their phones now. Just received a letter today which states that on top of that im gonna have to pay storage fee's I do not recommend them at all!!!
