DOMA TITLE Company in San Antonio. Wish I could make this zero stars In Jan 2020, after having my house tied up in a contract to purchase, AND after putting on a new roof at the buyers request, they buyer defaulted! Having been in the real estate business for 8 years, I’ve seen my share of title companies. There can be some crazy situations in this business and when it happens to me… Doma has been able to handle it professionally.
Easily my favorite title company in town. If you want a team that gets it done then Doma is it. Shane Tokheim's office off 1604 has helped me for years and would not work with anyone else.
This has to be worst title company in the whole country. Shady business, Jessica Johnson doesn't even reply to emails anymore, she never really cared anyways. Company is a mess, I sold my house 2 months ago and they incorrectly held funds I told them had already been paid to the county by the mortgage company, 2 months have passed and they still have not refunded me.
