Unfortunately Dom’s Taverna was very underwhelming & we left very dissatisfied. My partner ordered the steak frites which was MP ? It was just “okay” fries could definitely use a little more seasoning. I ordered the charcoal chicken which was extremely dry & lacked flavor, vegetables we’re hard & cold. We ordered a $15 “glizzy” which was nothing special what so ever just a basic hot dog with what tasted like Heinz Ketchup/Mustard, with that price we expected atleast a homemade sauce of some sort. Bravo. This place is spectacular. The service was wonderful. The restaurant crowded but not loud. Decor is cozy. The food and drinks are to die for! Dom is a tour de force. I’m thrilled he landed in Santa Barbara!
This experience started with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and was followed up with the best food and drink. Everything we had was delicious. I’m GF and EF and the staff was super knowledgeable about the menu and any cross contamination etc. As a person with allergies I’m super appreciative of the extra care put into our meal and experience. 10/10 recommend Doms!
The best food I’ve had in a really long time. The service was professional but not pretentious. I loved the atmosphere. But more important, not a single disappointing bite.
All the dishes were creative, fresh, and over delivered . Service was knowledgeable, patient, and prompt. My fav part was that we let the server pick out dishes, Paul did great!!!!
