Good luck to anyone who buys a home from DOM properties without researching them first. Between the subpar finished product, the subcontractors complaining about not getting paid, punch-list items never being addressed and their complete lack of communication, make sure you leave room in your budget for legal fees to fight for some resolution. If I could give a rating less than one star I would.

Absolute worst building management company i’ve ever experienced. The elevator is out every week. Someone got stuck in elevator today and we got a email full of grammatical errors telling us to call 911 if it life threatening because they won’t be responding due to holiday. It’s very obvious that the building manager has no experience in this role. You can’t get anyone on the phone they only respond to email. BY FAR.! The worst company I’ve ever worked for.! Couple years back I painted over 28 units for them in Desplains Area I only received 1 check of 16,000$. Never again did I receive the rest of payment. Went to the office over and over called over and over again and I could never get a hold of Marcin.
