I purchased a dress two days ago. It was on sale. It was a final sale. When I put it on there was a small hole in the front about knee high right in the middle. When I called the store to ask about this the woman who answered told me it was on sale because of the hole. I told her that usually a store will write something on the tag about the imperfection in the garment.
