HIGHLY Recommend!!! These European style windows are 10x better than Anderson and Marvin, triple pane, opens inward for easy cleaning and the top tilts! If my order had been fulfilled in accordance with my specifications—specifically, the written quote from the Drutex store in Poland—there would have been no problem. As for communication, I visited the store in person to seek clarification, and I made over a dozen phone calls, yet I still have not received a response.
