This is the worst management company I have ever encountered. I have lived in one of their properties for 4 years with no problems and now a new tenant above me is burning poisonous substances from 5:30am to after midnight that is coming directly into my unit . I have contacted the management company numerous times and they have either no response or the building is self managed and the property manager lives too far away to help.
