I was just in the process of signing a lease with this company but as a housing practitioner, I saw red flags that brought me to yelp where I saw concerning reviews about response times among other things. This is the worst management company I have ever encountered. I have lived in one of their properties for 4 years with no problems and now a new tenant above me is burning poisonous substances from 5:30am to after midnight that is coming directly into my unit . I have contacted the management company numerous times and they have either no response or the building is self managed and the property manager lives too far away to help.
