Poor service. Carlos comes every week for routine cleaning and does filter cleaning every six months, which he charges me individually, but my cleaner hasn't worked or moved in over a month. Their technician did not specify the nature of the problem. He simply stated that the pressure is not present and that they must continue to examine. Whereas the Dolphin company's owner, Frank, has requested me to pay $800 for a new one to be installed without even thoroughly evaluating the problem. I would never let a person into my home to do work that behaves the way at least one of this companies empoloyees does on the road. If you are driving a company car you are a representative of your company.

Excellent regular pool service. They come weekly and make sure that our pool is always running well and sparkling clean.
