We visited as a family and had a great experience. It kicked off with a very informative intro before we then met our instructor and got into the water and met the 2 dolphins. it was outstanding. Overall we’ve spend about 1.5 hours but stayed another 30 minutes to observe the trainers and the dolphins. We can highly recommend this experience.
We had a very disappointing experience. We waited for over an hour for our scheduled turn, and even when it was finally time, no one called us until about 20 minutes later. We paid for two dolphin interactions, but the actual time we spent in the water was no more than 5 minutes combined. The overall experience and the way we were treated were not good, and it definitely did not meet our expectations.
My grandchildren, my sister and I had such a wonderful experience at Dolphins Plus! We had booked a dolphin experience at another location that was canceled at the last minute and dolphins plus was able to accommodate us! We all loved everything about this experience. The floating platform that lowered down into the water provided a super stable experience for me grandchildren (5 and 8) while allowing them to fully experience the dolphins up close. Maravilloso, las personas que trabajan aquí son geniales, y la experiencia es increíble, interactuar y nadar con estos animales no tiene cómo expresarse. Además de servir a una buena causa si de verdad amas a los animales. No es como otros lugares donde el bien estar animal se olvida.
The Staff are So welcoming full of knowledge Eager to walk you through everything and of course all the dolphins just want to have fun !truly an amazing experience
