I took my 09 nissan murano to dolphin to get the transmission fixed. They said it needed to be rebuilt. Long story short they fixed the transmission but upon receiving my car back, there were things missing from my car; my personal belongings. I tried calling many times to get my property back or at least figure out how this happened. The store manager kept asking to me call back later. He did that three days in a row.
