Both Elaine and Darryl came by to winterize our pool a few weeks ago. They were very efficient, professional and very friendly and we will be calling them again in the spring to service our pool.

I attempted to purchase a pool filter for my client. Elaine was very rude to me she did not want to assist me today because she had to get out of her house for an appointment. She then sent me a text message on my personal number from her own personal number, in this text message she again was extremely rude. Contacting a customer through their own personal number afterwards just wanted to try to further insult them is extremely unprofessional. I explained this to her and thought we were done there. Elaine had been super helpful sourcing various maintenance supplies for me. I’d definitely recommend their services if you bc are a pool owner in Maple Ridge.
The folks down at Dolphin Spas & Supplies went over and above to help me get my tub up and running. After talking to Darrell and finding out how much less they charge for a new hot tub in comparison to other places, I am sold on a new tub from Dolphin for sure. Thank you for the great service!
