Both Elaine and Darryl came by to winterize our pool a few weeks ago. They were very efficient, professional and very friendly and we will be calling them again in the spring to service our pool.

I attempted to purchase a pool filter for my client. Elaine was very rude to me she did not want to assist me today because she had to get out of her house for an appointment. She then sent me a text message on my personal number from her own personal number, in this text message she again was extremely rude. Contacting a customer through their own personal number afterwards just wanted to try to further insult them is extremely unprofessional. I explained this to her and thought we were done there.
