He thoroughly explained the process and set the proper expectation on timing (and even exceeded it as they completed my pool in less than 2 months!). Dolphin pools process, product, craftsmanship, and attention to detail is impeccable. Shain does everything the “right” way without ever cutting corners. Their pricing is more than fair for the excellent product they provide. They get projects completely quickly by giving proper attention and staying on top of schedules.
